Find your home
Work with a REALTOR and select a house on the market you want to purchase
Make Your Monthly Payments
We buy the home you pick out. You sign the lease and guaranteed right to purchase agreement and move in. We report your perfect payments to all three Credit Bureaus, helping you become mortgage eligible.
What Makes Divine Homes & Properties Different?
Divine Homes & Properties, a leader in Islamic finance, offers unique benefits that distinguish it from other home financing
providers. These benefits provide a transparent, consumer friendly home financing option which is consistent with the Muslim faith's strict prohibition on riba (usury).
Co-ownership
Divine Homes & Properties and home buyers both have a share in the property as co-owners. Over time, the home buyers will increase their ownership through their monthly payments.
Risk Sharing
In the case of natural disasters, eminent domain, or foreclosure, Divine Homes & Properties and the homebuyer share the risk together.
Riba-free
The Declining Balance Co-ownership program does not involve the payment of riba and is completely riba-free.
Capped Late Payment Fees
Divine Homes & Properties will impose a maximum fee of $150 or less for late payments. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with a late payment, instead of the usual 5% penalty, and is not intended to generate profit for Divine Homes & Properties.
Non-recourse Commitment
In case of default on payments, Divine Homes & Properties will not go after any of the homebuyer's other assets.
